On Wednes­day, June 24^th, Smith Cross­ing wel­comes Joan Davis, RN MS, for Blue Zones in the Kitchen. A com­bi­na­tion of cook­ing les­son, kitchen revamp­ing, and recipe review, she will pro­vide spe­cif­ic exam­ples from each of the Blue Zones and offer sim­ple steps that you can incor­po­rate into your dai­ly routine.

The event will con­clude with a deli­cious lunch pre­pared by our exec­u­tive chef fea­tur­ing Blue Zone favorites.
